Support Helps You Weather the Winds of Change

One of the best ways to keep your knowledge current is to contract with RTM for tech support.

Under support contracts, RTM provides hardware, software, network and training help for the locations and hours you specify.

Support comes in many forms: in-person at our facility, by telephone or the Internet.

RTM doesn't keep secrets. As we provide support to you, we will gladly show you what we're doing so you'll be better able to handle many of the routine tasks yourself. Over time, you'll use our support primarily to supplement your own resources of time and expertise or to deal with emergencies.

RTM schedules on-site visits in a timely fashion upon receiving a request for support from you.

RTM responds to our clients calls within four business hours when you report malfunctions in crucial equipment or other urgent service need. RTM can establish a schedule of regular on-site support (often called Frequent Visitation) to be done jointly with you at a routine time that fits your corporate, system and business requirements.
